Members whose website gives visitors the opportunity to click to check their reliability report with the Better Business Bureau will notice a change in the icon. Redesigned to coordinate with the Bureau's new reporting system and website, the click area features an arrow pointing upward, with color bands that correspond to the color assigned each rating letter. Visitors who click in the box will immediately access the company's report.
The click-to-check feature is a proven sales tool, and the Bureau issues thousands of reports each month accessed simply by the click.
